This Fall at First Evangelical Church Pastor Steve will be leading us through the book  of Ephesians. We've decided to do a complementary Bible study using Tom Holladay's book, Ephesians: Six Choices For Making the Most of What You've Been Given.

Tom and his wife have served together at Saddleback Church for over 25 years. He is the author of several books and an integral part of Saddleback's ministry training team, which equips and encourages church leaders around the world to be more effective in their callings... and as an added bonus, Tom Holladay is Pastor Steve's brother-in-law!

About the study:
The New Testament book of Ephesians reveals the truth about what you have in Christ, what it takes to be made whole in him, and how to make the very most of what God has given you.

Based on Tom Holladay's popular podcast, DriveTime Devotions, this personal devotional on the book of Ephesians helps raise you up beyond your circumstances and shows you how God sees you in light of where you re headed not where you are today.

The book has 5 daily readings each week and some discussion questions for when we meet together. You will also have access to podcasts of the readings if you desire. As a bonus, you can participate with Pastor Steve's sermon series in person on Sundays, or online at First E Sermons on youtube.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
Please let us know if you are planning to participate in this study in person, if you are participating via zoom, and if you will need us to provide a book (some have purchased their own copies).

Please let us know by emailing LBS@firste.org

Books will be available at the first session (September 30). If you are participating on Zoom only, we will make arrangements with you to get your books prior to the first session.

Scholarships available upon request.
